Appendix G: Pre-Assessment Form

1.      This form was used to pre-assess prior knowledge in students on plagiarism, primary and secondary sources, and citing material.

2.      Students were paired by equal knowledge, and allowed to expand their own sources of information, illustrating my uses of technology to drive instruction, as well as demonstrating multiple classroom management techniques and grouping for differentiation.
