Appendix I: Virtual Tour Site

1. This photograph shows me with one of my special education students who is visiting his favorite class site, the General Israel Putnam Web page. It includes a virtual tour of the Putnam Park Military Camp.
2. The use of virtual tour technology as a strategy for instruction creates unique learning opportunities, and is available to all students regardless of physical or mental difficulties. This particular site is prominently displayed in the “Guide Book To Good Eighth Grade Internet Sites”(Appendix H) created by the students.
